We launched Jessica Rust Designs in 1993 to develop and market small-batch specialty ceramic products – from furniture and bath fixtures to dinnerware and decorative objects. While the product line continues to evolve, it always reflects Jessica’s unique design sensibility, a combination of fluid organic form and clean, intuitive function. From our vibrant sinks and fixtures to our playful and eclectic dinnerware, Jessica Rust Designs provides ceramic accents to compliment today’s individualized interiors.
About Rabbit Toes
With the birth of Owen Rust Tacy in 2001, Jessica was inspired to design more products for children and parents. Our Rabbit Toes line began with contemporary, personalized giftware for new parents and young children. Today, it also includes designs to commemorate weddings, anniversaries and other events that need celebrating. And the name? Well, Owen’s toes were pretty rabbit-like when he was an infant.

We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders for personalized products are processed once you approve the personalized design sent to you via e-mail. Once the design is approved, personalized plates typically ship in 2-3 weeks.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact info@rustdesigns.com for availability and fee information.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies
Because each piece is personalized and custom-made, we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your order any time before you approve your personalized design. You may also cancel your order within 24 hours of approving the design.
Please keep in mind that, because of the nature of custom-made ceramics, there will be some variations from piece to piece. Replacements
If your item(s) are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 10 business days for a replacement.
We require a digital photograph of the broken item(s) and your order number before we can issue a replacement.

Q: How long does it take to produce the custom plate once I approve my personalized design?
A: 2 to 3 weeks.
Q: Can I expect the finished plate look exactly like the approved personalized design?
A: Yes. However, because of the nature of ceramics and the glaze firing process, some variations should be expected. The design may not be quite as dark or as light as the provided PDF, and minor dots may appear in the glaze surface.
Q: Where are the plates made?
A: While the body of the plate is imported, the custom design and the application of that design are done right here in the USA -- Minneapolis to be exact -- in an 1884 carriage house.
Q: Can I submit my own designs?
A: No. Sorry.
Q: How often will you have new designs?
A: Every month, we will introduce a new limited-production design.
Q: Can I put my plate in the dishwasher?
A: Our plates are dishwasher-safe. But, as is the case with any dinnerware, the wear-and-tear produced by a dishwasher will take a toll on your plate over time. We suggest hand washing.
Q: Can I choose a different font?
A: No. At least, not yet.
