Product is Great - Customer Service Not so Much April 11, 2013

If I were rating just the product my rating would have been Excellent - but the poor customer service has overshadowed how great this product is.  I have purchased these items when this was a very small "one woman" shop and the service was EXCELLENT - while I am glad they have grown, I am sad that the people they have answering the phones are inexperienced and not very helpful - but still this is a GREAT GIFT !!
